Enrolment Contract & Terms of Service
1. Introduction
This Enrolment Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between Global Tongues Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), located at:
Unit 4 – 5484 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 2Z6, Ontario, Canada
and the enrolling student (“Student”, “Client”, “you”).
By registering, making payment, or accessing any of our programs, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not enroll or make payment.
2. Services Provided
Global Tongues Inc. provides professional language training programs, including but not limited to:
- French Language Training
- IELTS Preparation
- CELPIP Preparation
- PTE Preparation
- In-person Classes
- Online Live Classes
- Recorded Sessions
- Study Materials and Practice Resources
Services may include:
- Live instruction sessions
- Recorded access (if provided)
- Downloadable study materials
- Practice tests
- Mock exams
- Guidance on test preparation strategies
All programs are strictly educational in nature.
3. No Guarantee Disclaimer
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree:
- Global Tongues Inc. does NOT guarantee any specific IELTS, CELPIP, PTE, or French test score.
- We do NOT guarantee immigration approval, visa approval, PR approval, or any government outcome.
- We do NOT guarantee employment, job placement, or income.
- Results depend solely on the student’s effort, attendance, and independent preparation.
4. Eligibility
To enroll, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent)
- Provide accurate personal information
- Agree to comply with classroom and online conduct rules
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before access to classes unless a written payment plan is approved.
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Taxes may apply.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent).
If payment is not completed:
- Access may be suspended.
- Student status may be marked as “On Hold.”
- No materials or sessions will be accessible until balance is cleared.
6. Strict No Refund Policy
Global Tongues Inc. maintains a strict no refund policy.
By enrolling and making payment, you agree that:
- All payments are final.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- No refunds for missed classes.
- No refunds after registration.
- No refunds for partial attendance.
- No refunds for failure to attend.
- No refunds for immigration or exam outcomes.
This policy applies regardless of personal, medical, financial, or immigration circumstances.
7. On Hold & Suspension Policy
If any outstanding balance exists:
- The student’s access will be placed on HOLD.
- Classes may be paused.
- Access to recordings and materials may be revoked.
Reinstatement occurs only after full payment of outstanding balance.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials including:
- Videos
- Notes
- PDFs
- Worksheets
- Mock exams
- Logos
- Course structures
are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Tongues Inc.
Students may NOT:
- Share materials
- Record sessions without permission
- Resell content
- Distribute content
- Reproduce content
Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Global Tongues Inc. is not liable for:
- Any exam failure
- Any immigration refusal
- Any visa rejection
- Any PR refusal
- Any academic or employment outcome
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Participation is at your own risk.
10. Credit Card Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Global Tongues Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the total course amount including applicable taxes and fees.
- Payments are processed in CAD.
- Card details are processed by secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
11. Fraud & Chargeback Protection Policy
Global Tongues Inc. enforces strict anti-fraud measures.
By making payment, you confirm:
- You are the authorized cardholder OR have lawful permission to use the card.
- All information provided is accurate and truthful.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Access will be immediately suspended.
- Evidence of enrollment, login activity, attendance records, and communication history will be submitted to the bank.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed aggressively.
Any fraudulent dispute may result in:
- Permanent termination
- Collection proceedings
- Legal action
- Reporting to financial institutions
Unauthorized chargebacks after accessing materials or attending sessions constitute breach of contract and may be pursued under Ontario law.
12. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professionalism and respect.
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, disruption, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.
13. Privacy
Personal information is collected for:
- Enrollment
- Communication
- Course delivery
- Administrative records
Data is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
15. Binding Agreement
By signing electronically or completing payment, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Agreement.
- You agree to all policies.
Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature under the Ontario Electronic Commerce Act.
